BI-CHROMATE PERMANENT LEVER MAGNETS PML 100kg- 3.000kg
Download the product data sheet |
To make the elevator works optimally and to make it durable, we must choose an appropriate model for the work to be done. In order to choose the most suitable model we have to be careful with the following parameters:
- Capacity: The weight of the elevator added to the load should not exceed the maximum capacity of the lift and the maximum displacement.
- The nature of goods: The material has to be ferromagnetic, with a clean and flat surface, and a suitable thickness. Beside this, the steel to be moved must have a low-carbon content, otherwise, if it were alloyed, appropriate reductions should be made.
Reduction factors: Alloy steel = 0,8; Low-carbon content steel = 0,7; Cast iron = 0,45
TECHNICAL DATA
Capacity from 100kg up to 3.000kg.
Six capacities.
Operating temperature: -40 to +80 º C.
Safety factor: 3,5.
Reduction factors:
0,8 alloy steel.
0,7 low-carbon steel.
0,45 cast iron.
Six-seven mm minimum thickness is recommended (it depends on capacities).
Round nominal force: 50% of the nominal level.
Bi-chromate finish
