AC-E725 CRANE ANTI-COLLISION SYSTEM

DINAKSA AC-E725 is a complete and comprehensive safety system for cranes specially designed to prevent and avoid collisions between bridges.
The AC-E725 (2-way) anti-collision system is made up of the following items:
o 2 Laser sensors
o 2 control electronics E-725
o 1 protection circuit breaker
o 1 box to house the components.
It has a reduced size and weight, which increases the integrity and reliability of the equipment when subjected to vibrations or falls.

Option to choose: Range of 10 or 30 meters
Equipped with a single microprocessor, it has an 8-digit LCD display, 3 buttons for programming and 5 high-luminosity LEDs that act as status indicators (activation of configured outputs).
The equipment has three programmable relays (0.2m to 10m or 0.2 to 30 meters) that are used as distance limits:
o Relay 1: Cuts fast speeds
o Relay 2: Cuts the movement
o Relay 3: Reserve
These three relays can act instantaneously or timed, both in activation and deactivation, as required by the customer.
The electronics have fault detection, if the laser sensor has a defect or one of the cables breaks.
